No added preservatives or GMOs.All products are simmered in a smoker for up to 16 hours on a live fire at low temperatures (105-110).As a result, we get a unique taste of tender, juicy, meat delicacies with a rich taste and smoky aroma.After preparation, the products are vacuum-packed into portioned packages, which allows the product to be stored for up to 30 days.
